VITO’s SPOT team specializes in sustainable polymer technologies, focusing on dissolution, solvolysis, and catalytic depolymerization to transform biomass and plastic waste into functional building blocks. Recognized for its expertise in lignin valorisation, VITO operates advanced pilot facilities from TRL 4/5 to TRL 6/7.
